Affiliation

• Have our button up first.
  
• All sites must be aesthetically pleasing. Please put effort into your site’s aesthetic, as well as note that we won’t affiliate with sites with small fonts or a dozen of gif images.
  
• Static only. You must also have our button up on your forum's index page. If we find it hidden on another page, we won't accept your affiliation.
  
• Activity: Please make it worth our while and ensure that your site has IN CHARACTER activity on your board BEFORE affiliating.
  
• Sites with hidden forums won't be allowed to affiliate. We must be able to see your IC posts as well as character profiles and game information.
  
• We reserve the right to reject affiliation: Generally when we reject, it's because your site meets the following criteria: your site isn't aesthetically pleasing, 2) your site does not have enough IC activity happening to affiliate, 3) your site has hidden forums, or 4) we do not feel that it is worthwhile to affiliate. We usually prefer to affiliate with sites that aren't going to close anytime soon. Eternal is, after all, 3 years old, and we'd prefer to affiliate with sites who have dedicated admins who aren't afraid of slow periods. (Please note that we are welcoming of new sites to affiliate with us despite this!)
  
• IF we requested affiliation with you, and we removed your button without you putting ours up, it is because we waited at least one week and our button was still not up. You are welcome to request affiliation with us in this thread once our button is up on your site.
