Disneyland, the place where every child's dreams come true. Oh, how Isolde loathed this place. For most people, Disneyland probably meant entering a world of fantasy, meeting your favorite characters, enjoying yourself to the maximum. For Isolde, Disneyland was yet another bitter reminder of what she couldn't do.

As a young child she had always wanted to go there, to visit all the characters she had seen in the old movies. Surely they would like me, she used to think, surely I wouldn't be alone when I meet them. Surely they'd be able to see my value. But she was never allowed to attend, not even when her three sisters got the chance to enter the amusement park. The different rides were far too dangerous for a girl like her, her parents used to say, and besides, there's a height limit, so she will probably not be able to get up on most of them, anyway. Eventually, she stayed at home with her mother, while her father and three sisters went and enjoyed themselves. Since that day, Isolde has developed a burning hatred for two things: the fact that she was short, and Disneyland.

But today was different. Today, although still considered short for a woman of her age, she was taller than she used to be. And more importantly, she wasn't powerless, and had a cause. Isolde figured the hated amusement park could be a perfect goal for her next action - if she didn't get to go to the amusement park as a child, why should anyone else enjoy it? Life under the current Queen wasn't fair, and it was time to change that.

Being renowned as the strategist of the Four Specter Sisters, it was only natural that Isolde will prepare for such an operation in advanced. It all started when she borrowed several chemistry books from the library, and crosschecked what was written there with information she found online about several ways to build bombs. Then, she used the Headquarters of the Black Moon as a lab, in which she made several bombs of the same kind, strictly following the instructions. The next stage was to sneak into the amusement park in the middle of the night, when it was closed, and hide the bomb in one of the bushes beside Cinderella's Castle - the most iconic location the platinum blonde could think about, and the one that would drag the most attention. For the Black Moon there was no such thing as bad publicity, she knew, and such a bombing in Disneyland will probably result in many headlines. That, and the appreciation of Rubeus and Wiseman, which Isolde was so eager to receive.

And today was the final stage of her plan, the day when it all will finally come to fruition. The day was sunny and bright, and the park park was full of visitors, which was an ideal for activating one of her bombs for the first time. Isolde entered the park and strolled along near Cinderella's Castle, watching the children around her play with the various characters from their favorite movies, their parents watching from afar, and looking pleased. That sight alone made Isolde's blood rage in her veins, but she tried her very best to remain composed. If she wanted her plan to succeed, she couldn't raise any suspicion.

Isolde wore a T-shirt colored in an icy shade of azure, one that complimented her big eyes and made them even more prominent. Above the T-shirt she wore a denim jacket in a deep shade of navy blue. Her feet were worn in a pair of matching blue skinny jeans, and her feet shod in a pair of sky blue fabric loafers. Her platinum blonde hair was bound in a high ponytail at the crown of her head. In the pocket of her jeans was a little remote, at the size of a remote one would use to lock their car, only in this case it was used to activate the bomb.

But although the remote was within reach, Isolde did not rush to press it. Sure the park was crowded, but not enough for the dramatic effect that Isolde wanted to achieve in this operation. She wanted the number of people to peak, to create a massive damage. Now, all she had to do was wait.

Her plan was perfect. Nothing could stand in her way, not even the Sailor Senshi. If they were to arrive - Isolde knew she'll just have to take extra good care of them.

"Sera! Come on, why are you lagging behind so much? You know that you're just as excited to be here as we are!" One of her friends giggled to her, tugging playfully on her arm to try and get her more involved with their little outing. It had been a spur of the moment decision to come here and she was still wondering what the point was. School was back in session and she really needed to be paying more attention to her studies than be spending time in an amusement park. But she also valued what few friendships she had outside of the guardians and the White Moon.

She hadn't been able to argue that much. However, she was still stoic and reserved and she didn't show her emotions all that well. She tended to hide the way she was feeling because that was most natural. She was fully capable of feeling her emotions, but portraying them was something that she often still struggled with. At the same time, she was still far more open now than she used to be. It was funny how that worked.

"I need to use the bathroom. Go ahead and get in line for a ride and I'll catch up with you two," Sera offered as an excuse to step away for a moment. She wasn't really in the mood to be riding on any of the rides. She just kind of wanted to spend some peace and quiet by herself, but she wasn't going to get too far in that regard and she knew it. The park was absolutely packed to the brim and children were only running around mad.

It really was the most magical place on Earth.

Sera smiled to her friends and made a hasty retreat to try and get in a more private part where she didn't feel like she was suffocating. It wasn't in the heat of summer, but she was still feeling claustrophobic and hot. She wasn't all that fond of large crowds, that much had never changed.

Taking a brief respite from the main bulk of the crowd, she took to people watching. A lot of people were just happy and excited to be here. It brought some measure of warmth to know that despite all of the chaos in the world, this was a safe place. She smiled a little bit as a little girl was talking excitedly to one of the Disney characters. It reminded her a little of herself when she had been younger before she had aged rapidly.

Her eyes glanced over briefly on an unfamiliar blonde. She didn't seem too different from everyone else, honestly. She turned her attention away from her.
