Elysion. Once upon a time, Elysion had been one of Nehelenia's goals; a place that she could call the new seat of her kingdom upon it's revival. The home of the golden crystal. And, in fact, the place that the current king of Earth once called his home. Apparently when it rose from the sea years ago, most people had been shocked - including members of the White Moon itself. This body had memories of surprise and excitement surrounding this new, strange land and disappointment upon it being immediately blocked off to the public. Nehelenia was not surprised.

In fact, she saw it as an opportunity, and one that she would get to take advantage of after she had managed the formation of the Dark Alliance. Both the Black Moon Clan and the Dark Kingdom had their own individual bases in Crystal City, as they should have before now - but both bases were too small for the combined forces of the Alliance, which included not only those two factions but the previous villains that Neo Queen Serenity had wronged. They were going to need something bigger. Something that could accomodate everyone who would be working with them. Something with... oomph.

Elysion was blocked off to the public of the world and had been for twelve, nearly thirteen years, but it had been blocked off by Crystal City officials. The only ones with access were those that the mayor approved of; thankfully, the mayor was in their pocket, so to speak. Metaria was one of the High Queens of the Alliance, and if she told her that she wanted access to Elysion, Nehelenia was certainly in a position to get it. And so, she got it. It didn't take her very long to find what she was looking for; she had found it before, long ago, and it could be argue that it was the centerpiece of Elysion.

In what was practically the center of Elysion there was a large temple. Long ago, it housed the Golden Crystal - it had been since removed, first by the priest Helios and then by the King of the Earth himself. Nehelenia had no attachment to said crystal anymore - she was much more interested in the Silver Crystal itself, if any of them, but the temple would now have been abandoned for the same amount of time that Elysion had for the most part been left dormant. Endymion spent some time here, but the temple itself was closed off. And now, Endymion and his Four Kings sat in Crystal City.

It was perfect.

So Morrigan set up a meeting with both Lilith Rey and the man known as Wiseman in the temple itself. She made sure that Metaria gave him access, though both of them knew that he as a random quantity. If he showed his face or not they couldn't be sure, and they would continue without him; Morrigan was sure that she could get Diamond to agree to whatever the two of them had planned, and with his coronation coming up quickly, they needed a place that they could call their own as a collective. Nehelenia made it a point to be the first person to arrive at the temple, and made sure that any and all guards there were ones that were under the sway of the Dark Kingdom.

And so when she got there, as Nehelenia herself in her full royal regalia, she walked directly into the temple, admiring herself in one of the mirrors that adorned the walls. And waited.

There were perks to being Mayor of Infinity City, the birthplace of the reborn Neo Queen Serenity. One of them was that, as mayor, she worked often with the royal family. She was given privileges that most weren’t, such as walking freely in and out of Elysion when she pleased. Setting traps and preparations without anyone the wiser.

She was the people’s hope to getting exactly what humanity deserved. In It was ironic that in the same light, she was also their darkest hour – the one with the power to corrupt each of their minds one by one. Elysion was, for the most part, the bane of her existence. She had the kingdom within her grasps once upon a time, but when she set foot on the Moon Kingdom itself she hadn’t anticipated that it was doomed from the start.

Now, here they were in 2031. The formation of the Dark Alliance meant that each agent of Chaos was sick and tired of the heroes of light. They were tired of failing, they were tired of history repeating. A smirk appeared on her lips at the mere thought of what was to come.

As she drove her black Lexus up to Elysion proper, and onto the temple itself, Lilith had reminisced about her initial plans to move the Dark Kingdom. The Dark Kingdom was no wonderous palace befitting for them. She believed that they deserved something greater, if not better than what she’d previously intended.

Getting out of her Lexus when she arrived outside of the temple, Lilith dressed as she would have for any meeting: a black business suit, and since she was briefly outdoors: sunglasses. Lilith closed the door from behind, casually walking up and into the temple with one hand in her pocket.

She wasn’t surprised to see Morrigan already there, forever prompt with her appearances. Removing her sunglasses and casually putting them in her pocket, she approached her from behind.

“I’m glad we’re both on the same wavelength.” She informed her nonchalantly. “You realize there’s no turning back from this, don’t you? Keeping up with charades will be pointless.”

It was the official meeting, she assumed, the rogues gallery assembled inside a temple that was meant for their enemy's use. Right under their noses, and yet, none the wiser. Estrella found this to be rather funny, herself. She'd been told about this meeting not by Metaria or Nehellenia - no, they didn't know she was there yet, she was fairly certain. The man - the only one among them - had let her know. Wiseman. She felt the title inappropriate. Maybe it fit to a degree, but she didn't like him, perhaps if only because he was a man, and she didn't like them in particular. Especially not these Earthmen. Each of them seemed that they had their own mode of transportation, of varying degrees of luxury, but Estrella perhaps took that cake and ran with it, pulling in with precision in a metallic gold Lamborghini.

She stepped out of it, red-soled heels on the pavement, and gingerly closed the door behind her, stopping at surveying the scene laid out before her. The mayor, that face she knew fairly well, but not in this context, and the other, some sort of diplomat that she recognized from her station's news interviews, but again, who was exactly who? She'd not dealt with either when they were being a thorn in the side of Serenity, she was busy conquering the rest of the galaxy at that point. She'd hazard a guess that the woman in her full dress was Nehellenia, based on talk of her vanity. The timeline on the man, Ted, she had Phi and Chi looking into - it was complicated, to say the least, with what appeared to be some sort of time travel. Estrella only figured this because of the fact she had met him before, in the far reached of another system. She remembered him. He didn't remember her.

That didn't matter right now - it was simply research in how to deal with them when the time came to do so, and how to manipulate them as they played forward. Some would compare her movements to a game of chess, but it was more complicated than even that. She gave Ted a nod of recognition and moved towards the inside of the temple, waiting until she'd entered to change from the white pants and lace top into a more familiar suit of golden armor, hair curling into her headdress and sailor collar promptly announcing what kind of warrior she was. Her boots gave a small tinkle of sound when she moved, the gems that adorned them clicking quietly.

"I don't dwell on the past, Metaria. It does no one any good anyway." There was a reason that, when compared to a large majority of the members of this alliance, Nehelenia was not out for Serenity's blood. Her niece was a detriment to their plans, this was true, but Nehelenia had learned from her own mistakes in the past. It was only going to do well to not dredge up things that would have otherwise been long since dead. If Nehelenia hadn't been so insistent on placing the sins of the mother on Sailor Moon, the Dead Moon might never have fallen for the second time. Her mind was clearer too, almost as though the Chaos wasn't as strong as it once was.

"Still... Like mother, like daughter I suppose." Morrigan was well aware that Metaria still wasn't overly comfortable with their "familial" connection, especially given the fact that Lilith Rey was certainly older than Morrigan de Lune was. Wiseman's arrival - along with his underlings - was not exactly unexpected, and she felt the shift in the air as he approached. What she was surprised about was the fact that, as he spoke, she realized that she didn't exactly disagree with him. "Has anything I've said since you and I first met ever given you the inclination that I'm less than serious?" Nehelenia questioned, arms crossed over her chest.

The arrival of a new individual caught Nehelenia's attention, but only a bit. She was wearing white at first, but as she moved closer to the temple her attire shifted, changing from the white pantsuit to the dress of a Sailor Guardian... from outside their star system. No, introductions hadn't been done, but Nehelenia had been doing her research. Seeing her, and though she was short her imposing figure, made it clear who she was. "Sailor Galaxia," Nehelenia said, nodding in greeting. "It's a pleasure. I've heard of all that you were able to accomplish." Of course, it wasn't anything more than anyone else here, but... That was still impressive.

Nehelenia gripped the skirt of her dress as she moved, swiftly heading towards the center of the primary chamber of the temple. "And despite any lack of introductions... I trust that we're all well aware of why we're here? I can't think Wiseman so negligent not to tell those that he invited of the goal here." And that was true; Nehelenia may not have been overly friendly with Theodore - the last thing she would call him would be her friend. But she respected him, and that as a leader he would at least give out prudent information.

"Today is the day that - officially - all of the Crystal Kingdom's enemies become one. And today is the day... that we embrace our new home." Nehelenia was not there as Nehelenia, without all of the hidden glory of Morrigan de Lune, for just any old reason. Though she could access her magicks as Morrigan, there was something so very classic about doing what she was about to do as Nehelenia.

Nehelenia's eyes dilated, the pupils of them becoming akin to a cat's or a shard of glass. Nehelenia began to radiate with energy - not explicitly chaotic energy, but an energy that could be recognized as dark magic regardless. "Terra antiqua somnia quondam occultatum a facie mea, nunc te in manu mea et lapsum.." The ancient language dripped from Morrigan's tongue even more naturally than English did. As she spoke, Nehelenia's silver eyes glowed gold. "Autem conversus fuerit ad mensas, ad mandatum meum: si quomodo abscondamini aliquando plus. Avertitque oculos purus et pulchra somnia uana benedictum ex argento Crystalli, raptis erga chaos!"

With a flash of dark energy throughout the rest of the room, Morrigan stood tall as it dissipated. "... The darkness shall now spread throughout this land. The light shall be turned away. We will be safe here; long live the Alliance. Did we want to question whether or not I wanted to turn back again?".

“Get off my car, Theo, Lilith was quick to narrow her eyes at the civilian-clad Wiseman, who not too far beside him, was Green Emerald lingering in the shadows. “Or you’ll be paying for any damages with a criminal record.” Not that that really bothered any of them, they all had a criminal record of sorts – if being an agent of Chaos was anything to consider.

Galaxia’s arrival was one that caused a wide grin to form on her features. “Well now, Lilith began, turning her full attention to her. “I was wondering when you’d show up. I sent one of my knights to start Galactica hunting, you know – maybe we’ll get a little coordination now. Queen Metaria,” she introduced herself. “The ‘Great Ruler’ of the Dark Kingdom. Don’t mind Theo, he’s still a little boy in training wheels compared to us.”

Nowadays, Lilith mocked the title – how old fashioned it was, and yet, here most people abided it on principle. She blamed her humanity for it, though – she was modernizing – and she did like that aspect of it. It gave her the opportunity to take advantage of the times, learn the mindsets of the people of Earth to benefit her more in corrupting them.

Lilith’s eyes began to flicker red, refocusing her attention on Morrigan as she began to address them all. Her body began to glow a purplish-red as Morrigan began to chant a spell, using her own energies to enhance the spell. Darkness was, after all, her own element – she was one of the purest forms of Chaos beside Wiseman himself within their current circle.

Once the spell was finished, Lilith’s own energies died down, turning her attention to Morrigan as she crossed her arms. “We didn’t need safety. We needed a new, more appropriate headquarters. This will do wonderfully.”

Metaria was the one to introduce herself, leaving Galaxia in the understanding that the other one - the one who had addressed her by name when she'd first arrived was indeed Nehelenia. Galaxia hadn't been interested in the stories and myths before, she had no reason to be, but again - now was different. She'd looked into them. It was a deep web of connecting lines, Nehelenia being related to the dear Serenity, and Wiseman mentioning something along those lines had irritated the queen, she was fairly certain. Watching them interact and speak to each other with a curt familiarity, tight-lipped smiles that seemed somewhat genuine was interesting. They did like each other, to a certain extent, and that was all well and good. They'd stand together better that way, and perhaps this time would end differently for them all.

"Ah, it's nice to finally meet both of you." She said, choosing not a say anything in relation to the words Metaria spoke about Ted. Galactica hunting was an interesting choice of words, at any rate. She knew that the original holders of the sailor crystals that she'd used for some of her Animamates were now conveniently here, but they weren't of much concern as enemies or allies, either way. The Animamates, aside from perhaps Papillion, had been fairly low level, having been easily disposed of by the Sol Senshi's attacks. Not necessarily pawns or knights, but perhaps bishops.

Wiseman was a bit irritating to her. He mumbled, rambled a bit, playing the Joker when he knew he was much more. But she assumed he had his own gambit to run here as well, one she was likely not privy to, just as they all did. Her attention back on the group, as they moved into a different formation, with Nehelenia taking the charge and beginning to chant her spells, hands moving as dark magic flowed through and around her, and then slowly Metaria stepped up and joined in, strengthening it with her own words and movements, and then Wiseman - with another odd remark - added his own flair. The energy was there. It almost made her want to pull her sword and shout along. "By the power of Grayskull!" Perhaps.

Galaxia stood back, however, letting them do their thing. She had her arms crossed across her chest, the pointed tip of her brooch digging into her skin enough to leave an indentation. She wasn't one to throw swirls and bits of magic around, she was more physical than all that. Combat was her forte'. War. Conquest. She didn't necessarily need magic to make that happen, but she'd digress for now. It couldn't hurt to have this lot in her corner for now. But being a team player wasn't her strong point either, unless she was a leader of the team and the team did what she said without question. She had a feeling this wasn't going to be like that.
