The Dark KingdomWhen Guardian Cosmos granted rebirth to those affected in the Sailor Wars, she mistakenly also granted rebirth to Queen Beryl. Queen Beryl remembers everything. When the wedding of King Endymion and Neo Queen Serenity was announced, Queen Beryl began to attempt to revive the Dark Kingdom. She informed her followers that she was a reincarnated human from Ancient Earth, just like King Endymion. She remembered the true story: how Neo Queen Serenity corrupted King Endymion’s heart which led their once proud ancient kingdom fall to ruins after a war against the White Moon. Queen Beryl has also informed her new followers that the Silver Crystal’s gift of immortality is not something to be ashamed of. It's evidence of their potential power, what Earth could truly become if the Silver Crystal belonged to the Earth. Using what power she could manifest, Queen Beryl was able to grant her followers a select realm of influences. She’s instructed them that it’s absolutely necessary to find Queen Metaria should they hope to ever accomplish their goals. RecruitingFollowers of Queen Beryl are recruited through manipulation. Through some means, your character will ultimately believe what a Dark Kingdom follower has told your character. Alternatively, it’s possible that your character may not affiliate themselves with the Black Moon’s ideals and may be convinced to join the Dark Kingdom instead. However, recruiting in the Dark Kingdom tends to be permanent. Once your character affiliates themselves with Queen Beryl, it is difficult to leave, if not impossible. The Four Heavenly Kings are also facing this, as they were once followers of Queen Beryl. PowersUsing her crystal orb, Queen Beryl is able to grant her followers one realm of influence of the following: nature, water, fire, ice, darkness, lightning, the stars and telekinesis. They also have the ability to teleport and levitate in thin air. They may have up to two attacks and one ability. Dark Kingdom followers and Planetary Knights are also able to create youma who abide by their realm of influences. This is with the exception of the planetary knights, who utilize their own planetary powers that were awakened by Queen Beryl. The planetary knights may have two attacks and two abilities. TransformationDark Kingdom followers do not need to "transform" to use their powers. However, planetary knights do. Planetary knights don't have a transformation phrase or sequence as they "will" themselves into their knight form. Planetary KnightsDuring the Silver Millennium, each planetary knight was sent to Earth in order to provide aid during the attack on the Moon Kingdom while the Sailor Guardians protected Princess Serenity. Before the Outer Sailor Guardians were summoned, the Outer Knights were summoned as the last line of defense against Queen Beryl’s army. Each planetary knight would have fallen during the war, whether on Earth or the Moon depending on where they were stationed at the time. When they were reincarnated on Earth, the Inner Knights would have been an easy target for Queen Beryl as each of them were acquainted with Adonis (Danburite) during the Silver Millennium. After they were lured to the Dark Kingdom through some means, they would have met Queen Beryl for the first time who would use her power to manipulate each of them to believe in their cause. None of them would remember their accurate past lives during the Silver Millennium and they are loyal to Queen Beryl. However, their memories would awaken overtime as the game progresses. Inner Knights may have even trained under the Four Heavenly Kings during their past life. That said, the Inner and Outer Knights powers are their own power from when they were knights. This differentiates them from normal, civilian Dark Kingdom followers, as they have unique powers that they are unable to possess. However, the extent of Queen Beryl’s manipulation may prevent them from realizing this fact as they will believe that their powers were given to them by Queen Beryl. General
